Your Ultimate Can-Am Spyder Travel Companion: the RT-622 Trailer

Can-Am Spyder Team

Let’s face it: the length of your rides is pretty much limited by how much you can bring with you. At BRP, we don’t settle for limits, we extend them. That’s why we developed the RT-622 trailer for Can-Am Spyder RT and ST.  It adds 622 liters/164 gallons of easy-to-access cargo capacity so you can hit the open road for as long as you like.

There are lots of trailer offerings out there, but we designed the RT-622 to be the most innovative trailer on the market and the best match for Can-Am Spyder RT and ST roadsters.

One of the building blocks of Can-Am roadster DNA is striking styling. The RT-622 was designed by BRP engineers, so its shape and lines are an extension of the roadster.  The beautiful aluminum wheels also share the finish and design of the vehicles.  Out back, the trailer taillights are the same ones used on the Spyder RT.

The RT-622 trailer doesn't affect the signature handling and performance of the roadster. An independent suspension smoothes the ride on rough pavement.
The trailer requires the Hitch Assembly and Control Module. This hitch assembly includes a plug-in module that adds a trailer mode to our VSS vehicle stability system.  This ensures you get the same peace-of-mind riding with the trailer as you do without it.
The RT-622 trailer is very easy to use and extremely versatile. The interior is cavernous and accessing the space is easy. There are two openings, one in the front and one in the rear, and each is hydraulically assisted. The interior is fully carpeted to protect your stuff, and because there are no seams, you don’t have to worry about losing small items. If you’re a golfer, you’ll appreciate that the RT-622 can easily hold two standard golf bags.
The Next Level
While the RT-622 is full-featured, a few accessories can take it to the next level:

I'd really like to have the white RT-622 trailer, it'd go perfectly with my new 2013 white RT Limited. Cool looking trailer, and the inside space is huge.
